Observing the Extraordinary

Observing the Extraordinary

Covid 19 has turned our worlds upside down.  We are living with realities that would have been unthinkable even three months ago.  And yet we survive and for some, we learn to thrive.  It will be so easy to forget the lessons of resilience, fortitude and resourcefulness that we employed to get us through this difficult time.

If it is not something you currently do, I would recommend that you start to record your experiences of the days as they pass in a journal.  When we write down our thoughts and observations, we become more reflective, start to gain access to deeper knowledge and create an invaluable resource for us to look at in the future.

In the short vlog below, I share the many ways that journaling can help you to be more mindful and reflective during this time of personal restrictions.  It’s also a great thing to get your kids to do as well, for exactly the same reasons.

Hope you find it useful.  As always, I’m asking if you’ll subscribe to my Youtube channel or pass on the vlog if you know someone who would benefit from these tips and tricks.

Stay safe, stay well.
