For over 25 years I’ve worked with organisations and leaders, helping people navigate change, build inclusive cultures and develop the confidence to lead with authenticity. Coaching ambitious women to create fulfilling careers has become a significant part of that journey and remains something I care deeply about.
More recently, however, I’ve trained as an End-of-Life Doula and as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner.
At first glance, these may seem like completely different paths.
In truth, I don’t see them that way at all.
The more I’ve reflected on my work, the more I’ve realised there has always been a common thread.
Whether I’m coaching a leader who’s questioning their next career move, supporting someone to uncover deeper insights through QHHT, or sitting alongside a family as they navigate the final chapter of life, I’m doing the same thing.
I’m helping people navigate life’s most significant transitions.
Sometimes those transitions are professional.
Sometimes they’re deeply personal.
Sometimes they’re about beginning again.
Sometimes they’re about letting go.
Each requires courage, compassion and the space to think differently about what comes next.
For a while, I wondered whether these different strands of my work would confuse people. Were they too different? Would people struggle to understand how they fitted together?
Then I realised something important.
They don’t need to fit into neat categories.
They simply reflect who I am, what I’ve learned throughout my life and the different ways I can support people when they need it most.
So, while I’m stepping away from regular email & social media marketing, I’m certainly not stepping away from the work.
I’ll continue writing, sharing ideas and insights here on LinkedIn and through my blogs. I’ll continue coaching women who want to create meaningful careers, working with leaders and organisations, supporting people through QHHT, and accompanying individuals and families through the end-of-life journey.
Different services.
One purpose.
Helping people move through life’s transitions with greater clarity, courage and compassion.
If our paths have crossed before, thank you for being part of my journey.
And if you’re standing at a crossroads of your own—whether that’s in your career, your life or simply wondering what’s next—I’d be delighted to have a conversation.
Sometimes all we need is the right space, the right questions and someone willing to walk alongside us for a while.
So perhaps I’ll leave you with a few questions to ponder about where life might be leading you:
Have you ever stopped to look for the thread that runs through your own life?
Not the job titles or the roles you’ve held, but the deeper purpose that has quietly connected them all.
What are you naturally drawn to?
When have you felt most alive?
How do you most love to serve others?
Sometimes our purpose isn’t something we discover. It’s something we recognise when we look back and join the dots.
I’d love to know…
What is life inviting you towards next?
