Are you flirting with a plant-based lifestyle? Four top tips are covered in this interview

Many of you may already be aware that I have been a Vegan for quite a while and a non-meat eater for well over 40 years.  My reasons for this are many fold, but at the heart of it is compassion.

If  you are curious about whether plant-based living is right for you, listen in to this podcast show that I was recently featured on – Plant Based Living for Health, by veteran podcaster Kathleen Gage.

In the interview you find out:

  • How mindfulness can help you to develop your compassion and how it differs from empathy
  • Why it’s so important to consider where your food is coming from and how it is produced
  • How to see beyond the propaganda of the food industry
  • One small step you could take to try out  a plant based diet.
